The hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities like the sauna and swimming pool. the rooms were spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, making it ideal for families staying longer in the city. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices.
The staff were not always readily available at the front desk, causing minor inconvenience. Despite this, the service was still excellent and friendly.

Room was spacious and well, equipped with a great view. the location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the staff was friendly and accommodating during check, in and check, out.
The breakfast was subpar and lacked variety. the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked, and the towels were old and worn.

The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool was well maintained and provided a refreshing break from the hot weather. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants nearby.
The staff were not very friendly or helpful during our stay. They seemed disinterested in providing good customer service and were slow to respond to our requests.
